Producer - Full Time

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of a Producer. The Producer’s role is to work in a team fashion with account partners and directly with clients to assess the needs and objectives of the event. The Producer will consult and lead creative and technical design, ensure continuity of elements (e.g., scenic, graphics, print elements), and determine staffing and production needs. Other responsibilities include budget development and overall project execution.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Main point of contact for the client, account partners, and internal team members
  • Accountable for the successful delivery/execution of TR services to project clients
  • Oversee and coordinate activities of internal and external resources in order to deliver effective products and services to fulfill contracted project scope
  • Lead event production from initial client interaction through creative development, pre-show production management, on-site delivery, and postshow production
  • Understand and communicate client’s needs (brand, creative, and budget) with environmental and graphic designers to deliver concepts and presentations that meet client objectives and budget
  • Responsible for fostering and managing client relationships; pre-event, on-site and post-event, while providing superior service and project execution to clients from start to finish
  • Responsible for sharing information and providing clear direction to team members, suppliers, and all on-site staff (production personnel) before, during, and after execution of the meeting or event
  • Leverage internal resources and maximize client’s overall TR relationship for best-case project profitability
  • Build, develop, and grow vendor relationships vital to the success of the production needs

Knowledge & Experience

  • 5+ years of client-facing event production management experience
  • 3+ years of project management experience
  • Proven success in working both independently and collaboratively with vendor and client partners
