We collaborated with Groupon to create a results-driven, B2B trade show strategy that educated attendees on their multiple products, generated quality leads, and closed deals.

We created a crisp, open design that maximized space for optimal sales and prospect meetings and demos. We also coordinated pre-show team training that focused on attendee engagement, lead qualification, and lead management.
Daily contests were created with prizes to maintain a fun atmosphere and motivate team. We ran daily pre-show meetings to report on the prior day's success, reward high performers, discuss any needs for adjustment, and communicate objectives for the day
