For a valued client's yearly sales incentive trip, we were tasked with designing spaces that struck a balance between work and play.

We coordinated and managed over 10 event setups, ranging from poolside receptions to business sessions, for two waves of winners across the Atlantis Paradise Island’s 141 seaside acres in the Bahamas.
This incentive trip not only encouraged the top sales people to drive profit growth, but also afforded leadership teams invaluable insight through breakout and Q&A sessions that could only be provided by top winners.
